If your ShiteScore report wasn't useful, email us within 7 days and we'll refund your £9.99. We'll want a brief chat about what went wrong — it's how we make the product better — but we won't argue, gatekeep, or guilt-trip you into staying.

HOW TO GET A REFUND

Email hello@shitescore.com from the address you used at checkout. Tell us briefly what wasn't useful — a sentence or two is plenty.

Si will reply to make sure we've understood, then process the refund the same day.

How long does it take?

Once we've understood what went wrong, we process your refund the same day. Stripe then takes 5–10 working days to return the funds to your card after that — that's their timeline, not ours.

What if the audit failed?

If our system failed to complete your audit (you'll know — you won't receive a report email), we refund you automatically and email you to let you know. You don't need to ask.

Disputes

We'd always rather hear from you directly than deal with a chargeback. If something went wrong, email us. We'll fix it or refund you, same day.
